For peace and safety in Christian homes I bow my knees to You, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

It is from You that the whole family in heaven and on earth is named, and we ask that You would grant, according to the riches of Your glory, to all Christian families the strength individually and all together through Your Spirit to love one another as Christ loved the church.

By prayer, actions and words from our hearts, touched by Your truth, may the love of Christ dwell in every member of the Christian family through faith as each one of us is rooted and grounded in Your love.

Show us, by Your unfailing mercy, in every family what is the width, the length, the depth and the height of Christ's love which surpasses knowledge.

May our Christian homes be filled with all the fullness of God for the glory of God.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him we pray for peace in the Christian home that He may receive all the glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
