Domestic violence conference planned for Feb. 26 in Vacaville

Learn about domestic violence and its effects at a conference slated for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 26 at the Christian Body Life Church, 1201 Marshall Road, Vacaville.

Sponsored by the Vacaville Christian Ministry Alliance and the Vacaville Police Department, the training is designed for pastors, church leaders and advocates against domestic violence.

Pastor Willie Graham of Heroes of Solano will host.

Vacaville Police Chief Richard Word is the guest speaker.

A continental breakfast is set for 9:30 a.m., followed by the conference. Lunch will follow the event.
